Oops Upside Your Head

I wanted to say a huge thank you to our fabulous DJ- he totally hit the right note with our guests and I think we can safely say that the dancing was next level! People barely left the dance floor and highlights included my entire side of the family dancing the Macarena, and my new husband’s family on the floor rowing away to ‘Oops Upside Your Head’. As my dad described it, the wedding was ‘a hell of a bash’ and it would not have been the same without such perfectly judged music.

“I was glad I was able to catch you on Sunday morning but would like to put our thanks in writing.

Although I spoke to the DJ at the end of the evening I don’t have an e-mail, but would appreciate it if you could pass on our thanks to him. Too often at these events the music is too loud and most people move out to the bar to have a conversation. This did not happen on Saturday and he judged the audience such that there were always people dancing.

Although we were worried about holding the event in York, given the distances for most members, it has been a very successful weekend and I am sure we will be back in few years and the park Inn will be favourably considered as the venue.”

HUGE thank you to Jonathan

Hi Maria

Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Jonathan for the job he did DJing at my party on Saturday. He was absolutely wonderful – played all the music I asked for, even replayed some of them later when I asked, padded out with some perfectly matched tunes, started with and kept a smile all night and was generally fantastic 🙂. He even ran a couple of games of musical statues for the children as some people were late arriving so the food ran a little late, which was above and beyond. That’s exactly why hiring a DJ was important to me and I was so happy to get the last 2 hours of my night permanently on the dance floor enjoying it! I had lots of comments about how good the music was and one of my friend’s even wishes he could have the entire playlist for his party! Sadly that’s in Essex otherwise I’d recommend your business! I will however definitely recommend you to anyone local wanting to hire a DJ.

And thank you for all the organising and for putting up so serenely with my last minute song requests – I really do appreciate it.
